I enjoy living a Parc I have never had any major issues. I love having access to the pool, park, cooking area during the warmer months. I love that we now have a trash service that come to our door makes it more convenient then loading trash up and taking it to the dumpsters. I always recommend people checking out Parc when looking for apartments to live in.

A thirsty money apartment

Although I cleaning up completely before moving out. The managers charged $150 for painting, $100 for cleaning, $75 for carpet,…They charged anything they wanted. I am very hate this apartment. Run fast and far.

Parc continues to implement positive changes to the complex. I appreciate the lawn care, recent exterior painting, laundry facility upgrade, staff has also improved their attitude and professional demeanor.

I truly enjoy living at Parc at 21st and Rock. Very easy access to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. It is a quiet community and the residents have all been pleasant. I have never had any issues with office staff or with maintenance and I am grateful for that!

Not a good experience. No communication from the office when work orders are closed without being addressed or looked into. Having to put duplicate work orders in and them not be addressed. Struggling to get things fixed.
