JRG Lofts is a great community with a large selection of floorplans. The staff are very responsive and kind. The amenities are hard to beat!

I am a new resident and had a fantastic experience with the rental process. The JRG staff are friendly and professional (Amanda and Emily are awesome!) They have been so helpful and wonderful to work with. The building is beautiful and amenities are tremendous. The walkability to locals bars, restaurants, and parks is great! Thank you, thank you!

When I lived there someone fired a live gun inside accidentally. No one was hurt, but the staff hid this fact. Another resident informed us of the situation. The bars on Main St. are incredibly loud 4 nights a week and the walls are paper thin, so you will hear everything. Lots of drunk 20 year olds on roam hallways on weekends. Yelling in hallways is common. Dogs constantly pee in the elevator. Sometimes it is cleaned up, and sometimes it sits all day. Parking is ridiculously tight in the... garage. It's like they saved a few bucks by cramming 2 more spots than can be accommodated into each floor. The leasing staff will say they'll do something and don't. The party room is nice. Rent is extremely high for what you get. Overall, this place really sucks. Don't move here.
