Decent
I've lived here for two years. The property is decent enough. They've responded to our maintenance requests in a timely manner, appropriate to the severity of the request.
Most of the staff is fine -- depends on who you deal with, but most are fine. They can be a little bit of a stickler for the rules, but that's typically what keeps a property decent. My only complaint in that regard is, if you get a compalint against you, they don't always ask for your side first before issuing a warning. I... think it would be more fair to hear both sides of the issue first.
I removed a star for that and because the trash situation needs to be remedied. Either bring in an additional trash compactor or empty it more than bi-weekly. And the dog park side gate is not secure. And it would be nice if the gym was actually available 24/7 like it used to be. But overall, I recommend it to friends and acquaintances.
