Beautiful Apartments

I absolutely love my new apartment, they just renovated the apartments and everything is brand new. The staff is amazing and the grounds are very well kept. The paw spa is very handy and my puppy loves the pet park.

Fantastic tour!

My family loved all the new renovations!! Rachel was very professional and super nice. She explained everything we needed to know. We just moved in last month and we love our apartment! Everything is brand new and beautiful.

Prompt responses and efficient

I am impressed with how quickly the text messages are responded to and also how quickly I was able to get a tour. Lori showed the apartment and contacted me immediately afterwards to answer questions and provide her personal contact information. Very professional!!!

Don't listen to former reviews.

Even if I don't get approved these ladies done great, they treated us with respect, gave us all the information. Eased our mind if we weren't to get approved and helped us with the best financial care possible. I recommend taking a tour. -Steph D. & Patty R.

Enter the Nightmare

I approached Continental Square about getting an apartment in August. As one could imagine by the fact that it is now November, this did not pan out properly.

The people here will never ask you for anything. They are content to wait until you contact them for what they need for your application. For anything regarding renter's history, pay stubs, and any other relevant information that they require, they will not ask any of it of you until you decide to call them.

Despite this fact, getting a...
hold of anyone is a herculean task. You will not be able to reach anyone without incredible persistence in redialing. After multiple calls, you may finally get someone on the line. It does not matter what time it is in their workday, you can call right at opening and you will need to redial several times to finally reach a representative (only one of which being the person that knows anything about anything).

The whole time that you are going through the application process, you will be pestered into giving them the holding deposit despite your application status. If, for whatever reason you apply here, do not cave and give it to them lest you enter a completely new nightmare. I gave them my holding deposit before my application was properly accepted. For the next month, it was me having to call them to fulfill any requests they needed (and would not inform me of). Eventually, I was tired of dealing with it (now 3 months into this game) and requested the cancellation of my application and the return of my holding deposit.

This is the point where I realize that they started lying to me. I was told that it would be put in the mail the next day no problem. Two weeks pass, nothing. I call again (several times, as you can imagine), they tell me they forgot and they will send it ASAP. Two MORE weeks pass, nothing. At this point, I am ready with an ultimatum of approaching the USPS over it. They tell me that they sent it out that day and it must be lost. I back down from that idea and give them the benefit of the doubt. I tell them that if it's not here in a week, I'll try to get my money back through the USPS. They said that was fine. A week passes, I open a case. It finally comes in the mail with a stamp labeled FOUR DAYS after my final phone call.

Beware this place. If this is the experience you get out of just trying to get in, imagine what it must be like as a tenant.
