I recently moved in and this is a great place to live! These are truly nice apartments and you really do not hear your neighbors. And the staff is just wonderful. I would recommend to anymore that is looking for a luxury apartment. Rent is very affordable for all the amenities you get!

The Good: New as of early 2016, helpful staff, free group events for residents, short-term rentals available, close to I-75, garage and w/d available (for an extra charge). The Bad: Very, very poor sound insulation. It's especially noisy if you live on the school side and all HVAC exchangers sit directly outside the bedroom windows for ground floor units. If your neighbors are loud (like our's) expect to suffer. For new construction the quality of work is almost comical; doors that won't close,... wall outlets off center with plates that aren't flush with the wall, tile floors with stains, cabinets with broken shelves, etc. They also have keyless door locks which sound like a good idea until you have to deal with the fob. Location isn't ideal if you work or like to spend time inside New Circle Rd. as you are a long way from downtown and any shopping. All in all an OK place for short-term if you are in between homes but I would look elsewhere for long term housing.
