I wouldn’t say my experience has been bad or good. My apartment is spacious And soundproofing is great. Management has changed twice since I’ve been here. The new management team is OK no issues. I think my only complaint would be the water bill. The apartment units are not individually billed you were sent a monthly guesstimation on how much water you’ve used. One month I received a water bill for $88. I’m a single person that works 50 hours a week please make that make sense.

We just moved in. We are so happy to be a part of this community! The office staff have been very helpful and welcoming. We love our apartment. The gym and pools are so nice. Really looking forward to the community events. Feels like we are home!
