We have had a great experience moving my parents into the Resort at Lake Crossing. Annette has been extremely helpful all along the way and the apartment is very nice. A few minor fixes when they moved in that were fixed in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service.

Mostly all good here. There are no problems with noise or vandalism. Maintenance is excellent. Maybe a little pricey but not outrageous. Parking is not perfect but again not too bad. You can do a lot worse at some other nearby complexes. This place is better!

Lake Crossing is a beautifully landscaped community with lots of mature trees and landscaping with the feel of colonial Williamsburg. It attracts young professionals who are very pleasant neighbors. The staff is extremely helpfull and attentive to residents needs. The clubhouse and pool are gorgeous and well maintained. Simply put: We love it here!
