7/3/23 FIVE MONTHS LATER I have baseboards and the carpet cleaning crew came through. Still no contact from anyone in the office, including to let us know about the cleaning crew. Good thing we were home!
5/23/23 My carpet and baseboards are still not fixed from the leak/mold issue! Still no one from the office or whatever corporate entity has reached out to maybe make this ordeal right.
4/13/23 Noticed how they haven't responded to my review, btw. The wall has been fixed and is in the process... of being painted. Next up, the moldy carpet.
4/5/23 The leak has finally been fixed. Now I've had a hole in my living room wall FULL OF MOLD for two days and vague promises of it getting fixed 4/6. No one in the office will answer the phone and the voicemail is full.
3/29/23 I've had a leak and mold since FEBRUARY.
8/21/22 The power in my unit shut off. We called LG&E, who said the problem is on Addison's side. We called the emergency maintenance number, it went straight to voicemail.
14 hours later, maintenance shows up. It was a flipped breaker.
I went to the office. The emergency maintenance number going to voicemail is a known recurring issue. (Why not be proactive and make sure it works daily? Just call it at 5pm and make sure it works.) They tell me to contact my renters insurance to get reimbursed for my groceries. I contact my insurance. They won't cover because it's under my deductible. I go back to the office. "Nothing we can do." I had to fight to get a credit on my account for the cost of my groceries.
