Excellent response from management. I have yet to request a maintenance issue that wasn’t fixed the same day, sometimes within the hour. Our management and maintenance team are excellent.

Happy at the Edge on 4th Mariah and the front office are wonderful. Any questions or issues that we have ever had (which have been very few) have been handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment complex is mostly nicely kept and they are always striving to enchanted things and make things better for the residents. I think that is fairly affordable and comfortable complex that offers great amenities and a great location downtown. Security is on campus periodically thought out the day and have... a 24/7 hotline to call in case of emergency or need. We have lived here for over a year now and just extended our lease happily! We truly enjoy living at the Edge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and great living space downtown!

Great downtown living l Great place to live with excellent management, incredible maintenance response for problems, friendly and diverse residents, lovely apartments and beautiful courtyard around the swimming pool.
