Don't Recommend Living here
Office staff/property management is terrible to deal with, they are only focused on Nickle and diming people. You can never get anyone on the phone there. READ the fine print in your contract! Internet is the worst if you plan to work from home or just use it in general, Dish is the only provider available and you are forced to pay for it and pay for 20+ channels with the worst quality. Parking is hit or miss because the gates for the "gated community" are always open leaving it opened to the... public. Train tracks are located right beside the complex, with trains going by 4 times daily, but don't worry you'll be able to hear it all with the paper thin walls. Only positive about living here is Uhaul is right next door so you can move out ASAP.
