Hurstbourne Grand Apartments

I’ve been living at Hurstbourne Grand Apartments for a while now, and I gotta say, it’s a pretty sweet spot! My 1-bedroom place is a great space, with a balcony that’s perfect for chilling with some coffee in the morning. It’s super close to Shelbyville Road, so I’m like 10 minutes from Target, Whole Foods, and Oxmoor Mall—super convenient. The pool is awesome for summer hangouts, and they’ve got this outdoor grill area we use for BBQs. The grounds are so green and nice, great for walks after... work. The staff, like Maryke and Kylah, are really friendly and help out quick. They throw cool events like Harvest Fest, which makes it feel like a community. I have been staying at Hurstbourne Grand apartments since 8 months. Have been enjoying the great atmosphere, pool and support from leasing office.

The staff is so good wonderful and Amazing property and For families living very good and near by schools and grocery.

This place used to be a great place to live. Now with car break ins and theft you do not fill safe in your own place to live. They keep adding money to pay out, but you are not gaining anything you will lose more. No cameras up to catch the theft or vandalism of your property.


The smells you must go through from all the garlic cooking, when you call the office, they ask you did you confront them? They help with nothing and ask for more money.


We were told we had to pay for garbage that we... already pay for. Get this now Hurstbourne pays a company to come and get your garbage and take it to the compactor that you already pay for why am I paying for this twice? We got our second garbage bill that was forced on us and now they are raising that price. Why am I paying for garbage twice?


They add things to the pool to look great, but you cannot get into the pool cause of it being to cold. Why not add something to heat the pool a little instead of making residents wait until the end of the season to be able to get in with out getting a cold.

The parties that get thrown on Sunday nights with the music blaring across the complex. You call the after-hours number nothing done about it. You call the office they ask did you call the police? This is in the lease that you cannot do this????? Take care of your residents and there complaints.


I am sure I will see something on here to come by the leasing office and they will try and make everything better. Well you know what DO IT NOW and quit making excuses as to why things are they way they are. I dont want to hear your excuses and your lies at the leasing office. We have been here about two years. It’s in a nice location but the apartments are outdated and rent is high.
There have been so many incidents of theft in the community this year and also last year.
Cars have been broken down,3-4 cars have been stolen, even items in the basements are being taken..
Vehicles are not safe here. This has become a very common problem.
