Don't do it.
I have lived here three years. Prior to Haven Residential taking over this property was better. The former property manager did the best she could with the resources available to her. In the last 6-8 months things have gotten drastically worse.
Appliances that need repair/replacement are replaced with cheaper, already damaged versions.
Leases and changes to leases (ie adding a lessee) are not correctly handled or prepared at all.
Leasing staff are indifferent or incompetent, the turn over... is incredibly high and inevitably the good ones leave quickly. The property manager is unreachable and I have actually never seen her in the office.
Despite an over 13% vacancy in their 'luxury' building, rates continue to go up.
Common areas may or may not get regularly cleaned. (They have one cleaning lady for the whole property)
Maintenance staff is completely swamped, they are egregiously undertrained and understaffed.
The pool is never open so don't get excited about that.
There is no security & the garage gate is constantly broken. I was even locked IN one morning when one gate was padlocked shut and the other was jammed. Multiple vehicles have been stolen, break ins are regular and you can say goodbye to your bike.

With respect to maintenance, we understand that timely service is essential. To better meet the demands of the community, we’ve added an extra technician to our team to assist with the increased workload. This is part of our ongoing effort to improve response times and overall service quality.
In terms of cleanliness, our dedicated cleaning staff focuses exclusively on hallways and common areas, ensuring these spaces are cleaned daily. We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the property.
We also recognize the importance of security and have taken steps to enhance it. Additionally, we understand the concerns you raised regarding safety and theft. Please contact us regarding any safety issues.
As for our property manager, we are proud to have one of the best in the business. She is highly active within the community and consistently works to support both her team and our residents. While you may not always see her in the office, she is regularly walking the property, engaging with residents, and providing guidance to her team to ensure smooth operations.
