The Avenue at Nicholasville Apartments

This is the second year of my contract.
I was helped by the kind staff from the time I signed the contract. Smooth contract and quick maintenance.
Also, most of the residents are friendly, making the apartment a very comfortable place to live.

What I like most is the view from the window of this apartment.

the location of this apartment is incredible with very reasonable pricing. the amenities are great and i love the gym and pool. great staff.

I have been a renter for 2 years and feel right at home! Staff are helpful and maintenance is very quick ( once showed up within 10 minutes of putting a request in). The events they have in the clubhouse are great for building community and getting to know neighbors. Love the avenues!

Office staff and grounds staff are awesome there always willing to help and always smiling love the Avenue i love telling everyone where i live and its a awesome place to bring your family and friends

We love it here so much we renewed our lease for another year. By far the best apartments we’ve lived at in Lexington/Nicholasville. The staff are always so kind and helpful, the pool area is beautiful, and the dog park gives my pups a fun place to run around.
