Great place to live

I lived at Anderson Estates from 2013-2014. It was a nice community. Management was always friendly and helpful and the apartments seemed well kept. I loved the pool and the plentiful parking.
Only downside was that it wasnt really walking distance to anything, but maybe that has changed in the few years since I lived there.
All in all, I had a great stay!

My kids and I came to fill out an application and were able to move in the next week. We love our new home and the girls in the office are wonderful. The apartments are nice and pet friendly and we are very happy here.

Nice apartments

We have been here for 6 months and really like it. We moved here from an area where a small one bedroom runs $800 per month so are really happy with the size of our two bedroom and the cost. We have not had any problems with management, maintenance nor the cleanliness of the grounds. It can get a little loud on the stairwells, but that is to be expected living in apartments. Love that they are pet friendly as we have 2 cats. We are happy to have chosen these apartments.
