Frustrated

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this point. My partner, who has a very busy schedule, has made multiple attempts to get our appliance issues resolved—he visited the office in person once and called them twice. Despite his efforts, the problem remains unresolved.

When I went to the office myself after his failed attempts, I was met with an equally frustrating experience. The office staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me and wouldn’t even give me the time of day. It’s...
incredibly disheartening to feel ignored, especially when we’re just trying to get basic issues addressed in our apartment.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness and support from the management team has made living here a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable management and a supportive community.

Disappointed and Frustrated

My experience here has been nothing short of annoying, to say the least. Tapestry Long Farm has been charging my unit for 2 separate electricity meters for the past several months. The office staff refuses to discuss the matter with us further and every time we have managed to have a discussion with the manager nothing is resolved. Every time I call the office I am met with rudeness and disregard. Also, the unit was not ready by my move-in date and we were verbally promised compensation for the... wait time, which we have have no received to this day. Overall, I'm heavily disappointed with my experience. Definitely not worth the rent price.

To end on a positive note: the maintenance staff is great

under whelmed

Expect your apartment to not be as nice as the show apartment. The cabinets are not the same quality. The floor is buckling in places. And adding a storage unit or garage on is impossible. Maintence takes at least 3 days, even when marked emergency. Dumpster is overflowing all weekend, and those are the days that valet trash is not offered.

People in the office are nice, and try to help but are unable to actually do anything.

CAUTION: Read before entertaining Tapestry Long Farm.

I lived at here with my husband for three years (19-22). When we first moved in, we loved it, the dog park was terrific. The pool was always on point, the gym was excellent, & in general, everyone was friendly. However, if you want to move here, please read my story below; you may change your mind.

Segway to Spring 20, life started getting beyond awful. There were endless challenges with the valet garbage pickup, which they charge you $30 a month for. The trash compactor is always broken,...
leaving nowhere to place garbage; keep in mind that there’s a single compactor. After an entire week of the trash not being picked up, I let the property manager know for her to only tell me “I can’t help the past” in a highly snide attitude.

Now let’s talk about pets; yes, I have one & pick it up after him. However, many other owners don’t, & they aren’t fined for it or said anything. You complain about this, & nothing gets done.

The apartments look great when they show you the model, but if your neighbor closes their cabinet doors too hard, dog runs across the floor upstairs, or neighbor across the hall closes their door, you’ll know.

The floor tiles peel up all over, they know! They didn’t even offer to glue down the flooring as a temporary solution in my month of complaining. The ultimate fix was riddled with abhorrent timing & miscommunication between the movers they hired, the flooring company, & the office staff. It finally took me stating that it’s a safety hazard for them to fix the floors.

Now let’s move on to general safety issues. To increase occupancy, anyone was allowed to move in without a background check. Between Fall 20 & summer of 22, the following occurred
A SWAT team raided for drugs in the unit above me. Multiple officers with automatic weapons charging up your stairwell at 8 am isn’t the best thing to wake up to
An attempted armed robbery
Multiple instances of car tires being slashed
Cars broken into regularly
License plates stolen off of vehicles
Cars left on blocks constantly
Building lights not coming on after dark due to a broken part. We would have to call afterhour maintenance to get them turned on.
Security lights were out for months! They lie & say, “Entergy has to fix it, & they have something scheduled with them to come out.” knowing it isn’t them.

The weekend I moved out & most of the summer of 22, the pool was out of order. The pool furniture was a joke, & the dog park had holes dug all over without any attempt to fill.

We are disheartened that your living experience in our community was not up to standard. We assure you that our team prioritizes providing our residents with a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home. We are sorry that this was not your... impression due to the maintenance issues you've found in your home and our community. As for the incidents of crime you mentioned, unfortunately, crime can happen in any community, and we do our best to deter this kind of activity as much as possible, as well as encourage our residents to contact authorities and our office when they find any suspicious activity. Although you have moved, we would still love the opportunity to speak with you more about your experience and the concerns you have mentioned. At your earliest convenience, please feel free to reach out to us by phone or visit our office to discuss. Thank you.

Over Priced and Far From Luxury

I've been a resident at Tapestry Long Farm for over 18 months now. While the touring process is nice and such this complex lacks some major "Luxury".

Parking lot lights are always out, I reported several out over 3 months ago and they are still not fixed. Not to mention the building lights which are never fixed. This may be why cars are constantly rummaged through and some left on blocks.

The dog park was a complete afterthought for this complex with little to no regular maintenance.

The...
pool area and grounds are very lackluster with tons of dead plants and landscape lighting that's busted.

We are reconsidering our stay here. As we tour other complexes in the area, which are price comparable, you can see where they take care of the property better. They also provide resident/community events, something that doesn't happen at Tapestry.
