I've been here 2 years and this place is a dump. You put in a maintenance request for anything and it doesn't get taken care of. There's new management every other week. New maintenance guys are very nice and they try but can only do so much. The owners are cheap and don't want them to order certain things that tenants need. Management worries about towing people cars and evictions instead of worrying about what needs to be done like severe mold, broken/non working a/c, heaters, etc. It's just... ridiculous. They are really nice apartments however since they are under new management no one knows how to do anything in the office. I am very disappointed. They seem very unorganized been trying for weeks to get application process together. I could be a little harsh but from printing papers to an online application. I would rather the truth then to be told other wise.

I wouldn't advise anyone rent here the sewer backs up so bad you can't flush your toliet and the waste is in the parking lot a major health risk you have to walk on it jus get in either your car or apartment. The smell is overwhelming in the last two weeks the waste been in the parking lot moving. There is no officer for the complex other tenants run and stomp all day and night bug crawl in the unit huge spiders some kind of black big beetles and weird lizards

Excellent place to live for the price. Close to everything in Baton Rouge, not much traffic around complex, safe gated community. As long as you don't have to deal with the office it is a nice place with a good community.
