We have had nothing but struggles with the front office. The office staff had/has such a high turnover rate they do not keep track of anything. We had to provide and prove we had renters insurance at least 6 times. I (resident) was asked by a staff member where an apartment was located. They put money towards unnecessary things instead of providing better help and service to the residents, such as us having to wait 5 days in 100+ degree weather for maintenance to fix... our ac. Maintenance is a joke, April of 2023 maintenance (middle aged man) had walked into the bathroom while I 23(f) was taking a shower to tell me he was servicing the apartment. I’ve had to call multiple times to get one issue resolved. The key to my mailbox was not working, it took 5 weeks and multiple phone calls to get it fixed. I have only horror stories from living at this place and I am so thankful I was finally able to get out.
I do have screenshots and receipts to back up everything as we have been screwed over too many times by Lexington in the last 5 years.
Please find a better place to call home.

A/C Maintenance: Our records indicate that your A/C issues were addressed within the same day or shortly after each report. However, we apologize if this did not meet your expectations and caused you discomfort.
Renters Insurance: It seems there was some confusion regarding the renter’s insurance documentation. We attempted to resolve this by following up and adjusting our records as soon as we received the necessary information.
Maintenance Entry: We take the privacy and security of our residents very seriously. Any entry into an apartment is given proper notice and respect for the residents' privacy. We are reviewing our protocols to ensure this is consistently upheld.
Mailbox Key: Our records show that the issue was resolved promptly, but we apologize if there was any inconvenience or delay experienced.
