THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I have resided at legacy for almost 2 years and will be renewing for a 3rd. The entire staff is always so kind and have always taken care of any needs promptly. I feel safe and the apartments themselves are well maintained. Other residents are so kind and also do their part in taking care of our small community. I have only ever had positive things to say which is why I have no plans of leaving any time soon. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great place to geaux

Durasteam carpet loves this complex.
The staff if well organized, prompt, and very professional.
Anytime we need help they are always eager to help us.
We would defiantly recommend Legacy at 2020.

Great team!

The team at Legacy at 2020 is absolutely, by far, one of the best management teams I have had the pleasure to serve! I believe it starts with having amazing leadership in your management company, and this creates great leadership within the onsite teams! Lauren is ALWAYS a pleasure to interact with. She knows this business and has impeccable follow through. The entire team is a whole vibe, and we love yall for it!

5 star property

AMAZING !!!! What an amazing group of ladies to work with!!!! The leasing managers are pleasant and very professional!! The property is always well kept!! The amenities are nice and up to date!!! love the walking path, lake, pool, fitness area, pool room etc!! This is a 5 star property and they have raised the bar high in ascension parish. mins away from everything. close enough to the interstate to get to Baton Rouge or New Orleans. If your in the market for a good quality apartment, Legacy... 2020 is always my first pick, and trust me I’ve dealt with a lot of properties you can’t go wrong with Legacy 2020!!!!

A great place to live

I have never in my life enjoyed where I stayed as much as I do here! The staff is so kind and helpful! They have handled any issue that I have ever had in timely manner . The apartment homes are gorgeous and it’s pretty quiet over here. I feel safe and comfortable living here and I’m happy that I’ve gotten a chance to experience this awesome place along with the awesome people!
