Country Club Cottages Apartments

Just moved out after a year of living here. They tried to go up on our (already high) rent while letting new renters come in for hundreds *less* than we have paid. BYE. what a whirlwind. new management in and out like a revolving door. I imagine upper management/corporate is to blame. We left because of so many maintenance issues. Shower is cracked and full of black mold/mildew (as are many of my neighbors) around the seal. Kitchen sink is peeling and leaking under the cabinets, disposal is... broken, theres a mice problem outside of the homes (but a very nice cat who tackles this problem), a green pool that never stayed clean the entire time i lived there and soooo much more. We have been living here for 3 months now and we absolutely love it! We can finally call a place our home here. We will definitely be renewing our lease when the time comes. We feel so safe and secure here beings there it is a gated community. All of our neighbors are so friendly and kind. A very quiet neighborhood and no one bothers you. We absolutely adore the staff there, they are so kind. They make it so amazing for us and are always so helpful. Definitely recommend this community to anyone... thinking about moving here! I love the cute homes and they all have fenced in backyards. The neighborhood is gated and unlike typical apartments, parking is not an issue, Yay!
