Avoid this complex at all costs
The walls/floors must be extremely thin as sound transmits into other units easily. I had issues with noise disturbances occurring all night multiple times weekly. I bought 4 white noise machines to run in my bedroom and was still woken up and kept up until 2-3am multiple times weekly due to excessive noise from neighbors. Despite multiple complaints to management, the issues were never resolved. My AC was out, and it took 5 days for a licensed HVAC specialist to even come look at the AC unit.... The AC repair ended up just being a very minimal repair that should have been completed on day 1. The unit above me flooded their unit and water came through my ceiling and down my walls while I was not here. When I got back days later, I noticed the water damage. I contacted the property manager and Maintenance allegedly inspected the damage and stated that there wasn't any mold. Maintenance set up a time to come paint over the water damage, but did not show up. The water marks were down the walls, on the ceiling, and on two closet doors for months. Who knows if I lived with mold behind the walls or under the carpet in one of my bedrooms for months. The best part about this complex is that there is a buyout clause in the lease agreement. My biggest frustration is that I had all of these issues and provided ample time for correction. When months passed without improvement I requested to terminate the lease early and management still required me to pay the buyout fee. The least they could do, after the many well documented issues persisted, is waive the buyout fee.
