I absolutely love love love living here. I am a proud resident at Esplanade City Park. It’s like a family atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. We enjoy activities together and you won’t find a better manager and leasing agents. This is truly my home and I am so thankful to be here. Alicia welcomed me from day one before I ever even actually moved in. The bayou, city park and the amenities is a BONUS Honestly I feel valued as a resident and that means a lot to me, So if you want an amazing... place to live… THIS IS IT!!!!

I love living here. I love the location and many things about it. The apartment was well maintenaned and ready to move in. The manager Alicia is very nice, as well as the leasing manager Heather. I had a maintenance issue with electricity but maintenance came within a day and fixed it. Also, they have many fun events like wine night and Bingo, and more.

Three complaints:
Safety, we do not have security and safety/exit doors/gates break for months.
Parking, the parking lot needs repainting and... they don't enforce no parking zones
Laundry, the washers always fail. Every other time I wash clothes, there is a no H2O error.
