Living in my apartment complex has been a mixed experience. Unfortunately, my neighbor's consistent smoking has become a major issue. Despite the building's no-smoking policy, the front desk failed to address the problem adequately. Numerous complaints were made, but the neighbor continued without consequence. The Georgian has been so wonderful to live at. I'm always greeted with a smile from the staff! Maintenance is crazy fast responding to any issues I've had and property is very clean and well taken care of. I'm excited to come home to this beautiful building everyday :)

Crimes occur on the property and management does not care. Window smashed in the gate parking lot, packages stolen from your front door, and management does nothing.

I am a lifetime renter, and the Georgian is the best managed building I have ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance crew are not only friendly and helpful, but they also have an understanding of this building and our neighborhood that combine to keep the apartment community safe and comfortable.

What a beautiful building! I came to visit a friend of mine from Tulane for a few days and fell in love with it! I was very impressed. Inside the apartment, it was drop dead gorgeous! The staff seemed so friendly and the people who help maintain the apartments really seem experienced. I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move in!
