AC is not cooling temperature is going upto 83 F. Every time some fix is done temporarily

Apartments are great and are in an awesome location.
Just wish there was more dumpsters instead of 1 starship compactor .would also be cool if they had a hot tub, I’d give the apartments 4.5

The reasons are many as to why it's excellent. The apartments are well built so neighbor noise is almost a non issue. The maintenance guys are friggin heros.
Maybe 7 years ago the property managers were a little unlikable, but the Ash hired some new ladies that are so nice. They are always available, remember everyone's names and are generally really nice people.
I love living here.
The apartments ARE starting to get into that pricy range. I hope last year was just a little price... adjustment and not a sign of things to come. If rent gets much higher the middle class job people won't be able to afford it anymore.

This is a great place to live. The tenants are nice and friendly and so is the staff. Its quite and the kids love the tennis courts and the pond.
