Nice complex

We have lived here since we moved to LA three years ago. We like it so much we moved across the parking lot to a bigger apartment with a two car garage a few months ago! The apartments feel like a house inside, but with amenities. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and try their hardest to fix a problem as soon as they can. We love it here!

So happy we chose here!

We sold our house and are building. We’re very apprehensive about an apartment after being in a home so long. We absolutely love it here! It’s just lovely! The staff is great and all is maintained well.

A great place to live!

My family and I love Audubon Park. It’s quiet and very nice. The staff is really friendly and cares about the Residents. We love the pool and grill area as well as the dog park.

Love this place!

Great staff! Great community! Not too many to go with in Zachary but If you're not looking for a home I'd say go with them. Its's worth it!

Pets

It doesn’t mention it anywhere on this page, but Audubon Park Apartment Homes has a reptile restriction for pets. So if you have any type of reptile as a pet it is not allowed. I was heartbroken to hear this, but there are plenty of better options in Baton Rouge that don’t require you to limit the pets you would like to keep. I encourage anyone that has reptiles looking at these apartments to keep looking elsewhere.

Our pet policy can be found on our website at www.audubonapts.com. Due to Fair Housing Guidelines, we are unable... to make any exceptions to our pet policy but appreciate you considering Audubon Park.
