Both offer plenty of living space with several large closets throughout for storage, along with a kitchen that features ample cabinet space and updated appliances. We love pets! Cats are an additional $40 per month, dogs are $60 per month. Laundry is located on the second floor of each building, all machines are updated and accept electronic payments.

New Rental


I just recently moved into a one bedroom with my wife here and the whole application process was smooth and not filled with unnecessary fees. Devin handled the sale of our apartment and she was very kind and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this place to friends.

Property is great

Folly hill meadows is a great place to live. Parking is rough sometimes but the maintenance and staff are completely attentive and respond right away. They communicate about everything going on and have always been great. Thanks for a geat 6 years.
