Building is largely filled with students. As parents are paying rent there is not much care amongst residents about the community. Building has had multiple issues with rooftop area since opening requiring alot of closures and follow up construction. Building has changed concierge services multiple times since opening. Front desk doesn’t know residents. Largely anonymous feel. Don’t even know if we currently have a manager after last one left.

Your main point of contact is our Leasing Manager Courtney who has been with us since our... opening. She does make sure that she has a report with every one of our residents. Concierge changes can happen, as people do get promoted, or simply would like a change in their career.
