Chroma Apartments

I love living here and just enjoying being in the apartment. I have been planning to explore more, but it’s hard when the home is so nice, and there’s so many things to do!

Chroma is a great place to live! Convenient location, up to date apartments and lovely staff. I would recommend this to anyone looking to live in Cambridge!

The fire alarms for the whole building go off in the middle of the night. Sometimes twice in a night.
Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.
People smoke in their rooms and the hallways smell. It can actually seep in from the hallway to your apartment too.
Unnecessary lighting that strongly illuminates trees in the courtyard shines on bedroom windows.
The vents above the stoves are weak at getting rid of cooking smells.
AC/heat air intake system is very noisy and in the open... concept living/dining/kitchen area.
Appliances are not good: dishwashers, refrigerators, and washer/drier are GE and very noisy.
The floors are wobbly when walking across the apartment.
The AC takes a long time to cool down the apartment.
The only thing luxury-grade is the rental price.
Property management representative generally deflects from solving any problems.

The apartment is quiet and clean. I like the location. The parking is easier around the apartment. You can easily find street parking nearby.

Chroma is awesome. Great amenities and love the rooftop view! All of the appliances and in unit laundry are awesome. Also love that its pet friendly. Great place to live.
