The location of the apartment is what I consider the most. Especially if you work in Kendall square, the price justifies the proximity to workplaces.

I absolutely love living here! The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The building is thoughtfully designed with top-notch amenities, including a gym, a grilling area, meeting rooms, and a spacious kitchen perfect for gatherings. The thick walls ensure complete privacy and peace—no sounds from neighbors at all.
The location is unbeatable, offering exceptional convenience. Downtown Boston is just a short ride away, and you can reach... Harvard in only two stations. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, community, and accessibility. I couldn’t be happier to call this place home!

They cut every corner when constructing this building, and it shows. One elevator has never worked in the 3 years this building has been open and what do you know, its currently broken. Management and building ownership changes frequently and the the new staff is not always nice. If you check reviews you'll see most of us miss the Buzzuto staff.
