Place you wanna call home!
Mill and 3 is a hidden GEM! I was the 3rd resident to move in after they were built and open, and I have been there ever since. The location is incredible, you are located near 2 major highways that will take you 15 min to NH,30min to Boston, located 5 min from the center where you can find shopping, restaurants, and activities for all types of people and ages. Mill & 3 is right up the road from bike trails, even a public tennis and basketball courts. Now, let’s talk about the apartment complex... itself. You have everything from the inground pool, where you can relax and read a book or the 24hour gym. Which has everything from free weights to the peloton bike and everything in between you might be looking for when you are working out. The grounds are always beautifully maintained. Even in the winter months with snow the snowplow drivers and maintenance team are always on top of it, to make sure the residents do not have any issues. They always go above and beyond weather is helping to clean of the cars or offering to move it for the elderly residents who are not able to themselves. They always go the extra mile.
Now let’s talk about the leasing office for mill and 3, since I have been there since day one, I can tell you firsthand how truly amazing and helpful they really are. Angela and Cait in the office go out of their way to help with new residents moving in, even offering to help carry things in when they needed an extra hand. They are always coming up with new great ideas for resident events, bringing everyone together especially now a days when we are all trying to get back to the new “normal”. It could be from a food truck, car wash or even a holiday party they are always looking for new events and ideas to give back and to show the residents how they are truly appreciated being a resident with Mill and 3. Its not just an apartment it’s a home and a community!! But, lastly the maintenance, Mike is what one would call a jack of all trades. He can fix anything, replace, repair, you name it. The thing that sticks out different from this place and others is Mike takes pride in his work he does. He is always on property and always coming by during snowstorms specially to see how the conditions are for the residents and to make sure they are all taken care of. I take pride and telling people where I live and having them over. This is not just an apartment it’s a home.
