The Abby Apartments

I’ve lived at The Abby for just over a year, and I have to say, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! The apartments are beautiful, with high-quality finishes and a layout that feels modern and functional. The community spaces, like the lounge and fitness center, are always clean and welcoming—I love the nods to Abigail Adams throughout the design; it gives the building a lot of character.

What really sets this place apart is the team. The concierge staff is so friendly and always willing... to go the extra mile, whether it’s accepting packages or helping with dry cleaning. The maintenance team is equally amazing—they’re quick, professional, and make you feel like your issue is a priority. Having someone available even on weekends is such a game-changer!

The location is perfect too—steps away from transit and close to great dining and shopping. It feels like a peaceful retreat while still being connected to everything.

The staff has been extremely helpful and has responded to all my inquiries and requests in a timely manner. The other tenants have also been very nice and considerate!

I am very happy to live here. Public management and sanitation are very good. but i am a little disappointed with my own room... there is not sunlight in my room (my bed room and living room)!!
I didn't see my current room when i were visit, because the room wasn't available:(

Place is amazingly spotless!!!! Excellent services both maintenance and staff!!! Very professionally ran unlike other developments we have resided in previously!! We’ve been here only a week!!! So far so good!!!
