How Is This Rating Determined?

BED BUGS

My lease started 9 days ago and I am already looking for options to leave. The building is infested with bed bugs and management is extremely slow to respond. I've been forced to sleep in hotels in the meantime. My bed is ruined and I am incurring huge costs daily to deal with a problem they introduced to me.
This is the worst rental experience of my life.

Our team of Professionals determined that there was no infestation here and whereas you were the only party to see 2 dead insects. Please... contact the leasing office at 508-842-8846 as soon as possible to finalize your refund whereas you have not responded to our attempts to reach you.

Great Apartment

My husband and I moved here about 6 months ago, and our really happy with this move. Staff and maintenance here have responded to our questions quickly and are kind. We appreciate Maureen’s assistance and support during a stressful situation and when we needed to move here faster then expected. We appreciate all the amenities provided and feel very comfortable here.

Very Good Experience

My wife and I moved in August, and the staff made the whole process very smooth and efficient. Apartment us very nice, and definitely recommend. The staff was very knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive.
