CURRENT RESIDENT AND THRILLED WITH THIS COMPLEX AND THE EMPLOYEES WHO WORK THERE! BLDG 5 RESIDENT FOR 2+ YEARS
I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. We have been living there for 2+ years and it has honestly been a dream compared to everywhere else. For what you get on the pricing, it is a no brainer in how they take care of you. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient whenever we need them to check something or fix something, and they are very personable and enjoyable to be around when they have to do any fixing to the apartment. The front office (especially Carolyn who we... talk to quite frequently) is very communicative about any events, updates, maintenance requests, etc and they genuinely love where they work. They plan fun events, food trucks, and engagement activities that helps us meet our neighbors in a fun environment, and really promote fostering a community instead of just a place to live. I truly enjoy living here and everyone from Management to Maintenance to the residents themselves make this a place we are happy to hang our hats at! Can't speak highly enough about this property, and the space you get and the pricing compared to the rest of the market make it incredibly worthwhile. 5 stars, i live in building 5 for reference. Thankful to have picked this place over the bevy of options we had 2 years ago, and don't plan on leaving any time soon! High praise and high recommendations for a property actually doing right by their tenants and being very accommodating for special needs and requests.
