It is good experience with Arrive community. Community and neighbours are good.
Center place where Walmart and other shops are very near by and easy accessible.

Loving my community more every day—it’s not just a great place to live but also perfectly located! With easy access to Walmart, Target, and some beautiful Indian temples, it feels like everything I need is right at my fingertips. ???? Whether it’s shopping, community gatherings, or a place for peace and reflection, it’s all here. So grateful for a place that brings convenience and culture together!

Do you want to know what it feels like to live on it? Come on down and sign a lease here...the temperature is topping off indoors at 90 degrees today (with the slider open and two fans blowing). And don't worry. Management will come and encourage you to stick it out. It's not that hot. Don't cook in the daytime. Leave your sliders open. It's the walls that are hot, not the apartment. It's a tropical paradise at this place. Come join the rest of us paying an amazing amount of money for rent and... slowly bake into eternity. We'd love to have you.

overall good experience but maintenance staff needs to be increased considering tickets taking long times to close, emergency ticket response time also needs to be improved
