It's a nice place

We moved here around 8 months ago. Its a well maintained and nice place to live. Maintenance is pretty responsive and nice, and the amenities and activities they offer are great too.

Finally a place that feels like home!

This has been by far the best experience I've had, as far as apartment living. Thank you Barbara for your professionalism, as well as making each part of the process such a smooth transition. Believe it or not this place definitely deserves 5 stars!

We love it here!

When my wife and I moved to the Enclave in December 2020 we were greeted by Barbara. Since then we have felt very welcomed, at home and safe. Barbara still takes good care of us. An amazing staff and community!

I’ve been living at the Enclave at Box Hill for three years, and it’s truly a wonderful place to call home. The community is great, the amenities are top-notch, and the management and maintenance teams have been outstanding. They always go the extra mile to address any concerns or issues quickly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about making residents' experiences as smooth as possible. I’m especially impressed by Bozzuto’s commitment to both its clients and employees. One thing that stands... out is their thoughtful policy of giving staff Sundays off, which is rare in the industry. In a time when weekend availability is often expected, it’s refreshing to see a company that values work-life balance.
