$175 for an occasional parking spot
Okay place to live if you’re fine paying $175 per month for a parking spot that the security guards use occasionally. They are super quick to tow any car that is not authorized to park in a spot, however, if it’s one of the security guards apparently it’s fine?? I came home one evening to someone parked in my spot so I had to go inside and tell security so they could get it moved/towed. Turns out it was the security guards and I got no apology for the inconvenience (much less an offer to... compensate me for the day of free parking he got), in turn he said “why are you just saying something now?” as I was just getting in from a weekend out of town. Not sure why I should even have to go through the inconvenience of contacting the security guards every time I leave because who knows if someone will take my spot when I’m the one paying $175 per month. Also don’t bother calling the security desk after you’re a resident because they won’t answer or return your call. Overall, security is pretty unreliable to help with very basic requests. They really just don’t want to be bothered in general. Other than security, my experience has been overall okay. I will say the manager did really work with my requests/needs for an extension on my lease (not overly nicely, but did in the end make it happen). Just every time you renew your lease, get ready for the key fob and garage opener to not work until they give you access again. Not sure how this has happened each time in the past five years (and mostly likely to every resident) and they still haven’t caught on and done anything to avoid it but it’s a super big inconvenience. Also the coffee in the lobby only works 50% of the time so definitely don’t move here if you think you’re getting coffee every morning.
