Belcove Place Apartments

I am a Disabled Veteran of the U.S. Army. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I moved into Belcove Place (formerly Country Village) at the end of 2019.

The management and maintenance staff have been beyond considerate. I especially want to thank Chrissy and Margaret for their graciousness and kindness during my most difficult times. Their efforts have contributed to creating a wonderful sense of community at Belcove Place. It is a great place to reside in.

This has been the best property I have ever lived at. Chrissy is beyond patient, reasonable and professional. The property keeps up with landscaping, maintenance, and temperament of its Tenants !

Margaret was very easy to work with and in constant communication with me about the moving process. There ere two tiny things I wanted taken care in the apartment and they were immediately fixed. Great place to live, nice gym, pretty area, good management.

Random people came in the apartment that appeared to be management with their shoes and took photos of all the rooms. There’s loud construction weekend mornings outside. They had workers in our apartment for 4 weeks straight from 9-5 with little notice and when you have a remote job this is a nightmare. very inconsiderate company

Had a mouse in my apt for the first 6 months i was here and it destroyed carpet and furniture, which wasn't replaced. The lights in half my apt haven't worked since I moved in yet nobody has fixed it regardless of the several work orders they claim they completed. They added washer/dryers to all the apts and the water pressurehas beenbad, my bathroom sink overflows with someone's dirty clothes water when my neighbors do laundry, the sinks take forever to drain if they do at all and they have... never addressed it or worked on it just "work order complete". My ac broke in late aug and it took over a week for them to replace it and the little portable ac barely cooled off 1 room for me and my kids during some of the hottest days of summer and ran up my electric bill which of course we weren't compensated for(like the several rolls of tp and bathroom things ruined by the overflowing laundry water from the sink we brush our teeth over!).
