Dirty and noisy apartment complexes. Dogs poop every where and smell of cannabis all around the compound. After moving out from their apartment , they unfairly and unnecessarily fined you. Very unprofessional behavior. Very overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend it.

However, there are areas that require improvement. The gym facility is often too warm, making workouts uncomfortable, and lacks disinfectant wipes for equipment cleaning. Additionally, some equipment, like the stationary bike, needs... repairs. The HVAC system within the apartments can be quite noisy, which may be disruptive, especially at night. Residents have also noted that water pressure is lower than ideal, affecting daily use. Lastly, while communication from management is appreciated, the frequency of email notifications can be excessive.

I’ve had a wonderful time here so far. My neighbors are nice and it’s quiet for the most part. My only complaints would be finding the occasional bug even during the winter time, though I am on the first floor so I’m not surprised. I also keep running into the issue of the trash compactor being full when I go to take my trash which is a little annoying as it’s the closest trash to my apartment and the next closest one is a bit of a walk.

I am very impressed with this complex. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because of the washer and drier. I love the full size but they are really cheap. It takes over 1 hour to dry towels and no delicate cycle on washer. I lived in other apartments and this does not feel like you live in an apartment complex. Very clean and quite.
