New apartment for me but old to your company I’m sure you guys go through the townhouses when someone vacates. I love the townhouse however with both bathrooms upstairs I have had nothing but issues since I moved in. Would have liked to not have bathrooms issues so soon

Howard is awesome! Howard came by and helped with several of our maintenance requests and gave us several tips to help keep our appliances running longer. He also followed up on the item that he couldn't finish the first round in a very timely manner, without us needing to follow up at all. Dude is a rockstar, tell him we said thanks again!!
