Evergreens at Laurel Apartments

I have been living with Evergreens for two years and my experience has been great until this year when they added all these new charges with utilities. With all the changes that is happening in the economy, the worst thing to do is charge more when there’s no increase in pay. There has never been a pool here, the gym is basic (like no stair master is crazy) the gym showers are always unavailable. The amenities in the house are very basic. So to charge with renovations or upgrades doesn’t really... make sense. They need to cancel the valet trash because it makes the hallways smell terrible. The staff is the best! Overall, my experience has been positive. The complex is clean and the customer service at the front office is great. There are a couple things that have happened that I'm not a big fan of but they do not outweigh the positive experience that I've had.

Good overall Experience. Great maintenance, my only complaints are little parking and the overall rent increase. Other than that it is a clean and nice complex.

I’m so loving this community, I’m happy I live here now. Peaceful community and the security ???? amazing. And I know this peace and security will continue.

My experience here so far has been rather positive. I feel secure and safe. My move in has been successful. The neighborhood is very quiet so far The staff very responsive to my request.
