Decent place

Moved in 6 months ago and things are good. They are helpful in the office and maintenance came twice for issues. I moved here because of the price and gym next to my building.

Do NOT live here

You think it’s all good until you start living there. The walls are thin, some nights me and my roommate could hear music blasting from our neighbors, kids screaming and crying, and snoring from the next door neighbors! The very first week we moved in, a mouse ran out from under the stove while we were in the kitchen, and in the mornings we would find mice droppings all over the kitchen countertops and even in the closet underneath the stairs. Our linen closet in the upstairs hallway broke and... for 2, close to 3 weeks, it remained broken no matter how many times we called the maintenance office. They finally came to fix it after the constant calling. The neighborhood was unsafe as one night I could hear a group of guys screaming outside and banging on doors, shouting. There was even cases where I thought I heard gunshots here. This place is dangerous and me and my roommate regretted coming here. Do NOT LIVE HERE! Don’t fall for it like how we did, it only looks good on the surface

Terrible Place to Live

This is the worst establishment I’ve ever lived in. Staffing is poor and misinformed. Does not keep up with community standards, consistent trash and waste by the dumpster, unwelcomed guests park and participate in non public acts in the lots, cost is constantly rising, frequent need for maintenance repair. All in all do not recommend, save your self the disappointment.

Paper Thin Walls and Insects

We found roaches in our apartment within 24 hours of moving in and bringing 0 food into the place. Despite reporting this issue, it wasn't ffully resolved until roughly 7 months later. The floors creak with every step. You will hear EVERY sound if you're unfortunate enough to live below heavy footed individuals, children, or anyone having sex on the floor. Neighbors do not have the common decency to turn down their car music at all hours of the night in the parking lot. All of our drains were... clogged when we moved in which I fixed myself instead of waiting for maintenance yet again. The carpet was installed poorly and you WILL step on the staples they used so be prepared to avoid specific spots or wear slippers constantly. One of the oddest things of this place is the kitchen in our apartment has a crooked floor. It is actually convex at one point from wall to wall. Our fridge door slams shut on its own constantly because of this incline and so does a storage shelf door we have on the opposite end.

Upside, the maintenance team has been quick and communicative, but everything else has made this not worth the headache.
