I have really enjoyed my time here at Skylark Pointe. I have been here since 2016, and have had very few problems. Of the problems I did have, they were resolved pretty quickly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and thank God, most of the neighbors are considerate and clean.

Music levels in cars day and night have been really bad and also in the building well after 10:00 pm. Have called the police 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Otherwise the complex keeps up with maintaining the property.

I really love the location and the apartment set up is really great. I moved in during the height of COVID so there were limits on some things but since then management has addressed most of the concerns I had originally. My floors were not replaced but I have also not asked again because I now have furniture in the sun room off the kitchen and it would be hard for them to replace that. Maintenance normally responds in a timely manner & repairs anything I submit a request about. I would like to... see the playgrounds redone but the other amenities are good. We only had one open pool this year and that was tough. I'm hoping next summer the other will also be available. We do pay a monthly amenity fee so I'm hoping they'll upgrade the playgrounds & open the other pool. The complex does take care of the grounds and I'm very happy with that. They did landscaping & put in plants and rose bushes. They also restriped the parking lot. This is a nice community to live in and I would recommend it.

I've really enjoyed my time here. Very peaceful and clean community. Leasing office is very effective. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Also, appreciative of the consistency in checks and balances to keep the complexes on the up and up.
