I have been living in this apartment complex for several months now and I can say that it has both positive and negative aspects.The location is quite convenient, as it is close to supermarkets, schools, and public transportation. This makes it easy to get around the city without having to rely too much on the car.
The maintenance staff is usually quick to respond to requests. The common areas, such as the gym and pool, are in good condition and are a nice extra to relax during free time.
The... bad:
The quality of the finishes in the apartments could be improved. In some cases, the appliances are a bit old and the walls seem thin, as you can hear the noise from the neighbors.Parking is a bit limited, especially in the evenings when all the residents are home. It is sometimes difficult to find a spot close to the building.
Overall, this complex is not the best, but it is not the worst either. If you are looking for an affordable place with a good location and don't mind dealing with som

The community is relatively safe. The grounds are well-kept. The maintenance team does a good job of responding to requests for service and completing them.

Maintenance is responsive, which really makes a difference. The building and neighborhood feel safe, and it’s generally a quiet place, which I appreciate. overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live.

I have no issues with the area or the complex . The leasing staff is awesome . I just have one issue with the people in charge of the residential portal . They locked my account and now I’m forced to go elsewhere to make payments . Otherwise I have no real complaints!
