As a community member of Bell Shady Grove since September of 2021, I have thoroughly enjoyed the consistency and competence with which management operates the property.

The grounds are clean and well maintained, with obvious efforts to address anything requiring repair or cleaning in a timely manner. Management is also highly efficient and courteous with communication. I always feel well informed of anything that may have an impact on my living experience, and office staff create a welcoming... environment to discuss questions or concerns.

I perform a substantial amount of work-related tasks from home, and have found Bell to be an ideal community for remote tasks. Add competitive rental rates and a centralized location into the mix, and I am very content with my decision to reside here.
