Milestone Apartments

If i could give this place zero stars i would!!! There is dog poop EVERYWHERE! You can't walk your dog or take them to the dog park without the risk of stepping in someone else's dog poop. They claim to have a pool but it has been closed and management says they aren't going to open it. Preventative maintenance has never been done since I've lived here and when they do send out letters to have it done no one ever shows up. Be careful when they are doing renovations as they will just throw... cabinets, drywall, sinks, etc off the balconies without even looking! And let's not forget that the cops are ALWAYS here!!!! It’s a nice one bedroom apartment. Pretty nice size living room and bedroom.
The apartments are updated looks like brand new.
It’s a Quiet neighborhood for the most part.

The dog park is absolutely disgusting! Dog droppings everywhere. Can’t take my dog out there to let them run around and play for fear of them or myself stepping in something. There hasn’t been dog bags there in quite some time now. Definitely feel like this is something that should be addressed.

Jenny, the property manager is amazing! She was really the selling point for us! Maintenance has a very quick turnaround and everyone who lives here is so friendly

I’ve lived here for a couple of years. The new upgrades are really nice and I love the location. I really like how they host resident events; like Halloween cookouts, etc. The only thing I wish this place offered is laundry on every level or better yet, a small stackable set in the kitchen. The apartments are decent sized and the maintenance staff and office staff are very nice. I’m hoping to stay here for a few more years.
