Hard Pass.
If I could give a 0 star if I would. I know what you’re thinking… Someone has to be crazy to leave an apartment review or the the apartments must be THAT good or in this case, THAT bad. These apartments are SO expensive and nowhere near updated. They charged us for things we didn’t even do while when we moved in there were SEVERAL flaws they failed to fix or care about. We kept our apartment so clean and even cleaned it very well for move out. They still charged us and didn’t give us our deposit... . Our key was technically due on a Sunday so we waited until Monday to turn it in. We turned it in first thing in the morning and they charged us AN ENTIRE DAY of rent. It’s actually INSANE considering we didn’t even have access to the apartment that ENTIRE day because we gave them the key THAT MORNING. Not to mention Melissa, or whoever is the main woman is insanely rude. They do not care if you have any personal issues, or give you any slack ( normal human compassion ) such as returning our key in person morning of Monday after we cleaned until midnight the night moving out. Not to mention we lost hot water on and off for a month and they did not care or take anything off rent for weeks of cold showers and dishes. I could go on forever the issues with the other tenants and overall well-being of these apartments. And I’m sure I will receive the same generic reply everyone else got with them doing NOTHING to fix their wrongdoings. Genuinely horrible. I don’t even know how management can be this bad and still have tenants other than desperate need for housing. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance worker Oscar who was always nice and very helpful. They’d also enter your apartment whenever they pleased without notice, and if you didn’t answer they would BANG SO HARD on your door and then BARGE in. It was truly a fever dream living in this place. DO BETTER.
