The apartment they have listed is infested with bees. There has been over 400+ bees in our apartment since July (date of move in). The lease is also still currently active as they are giving us trouble about requesting to leave. Our stuff is still inside the apartment. Don’t apply.

Terrible Management

Management is absolutely terrible. They are horrible at communication. When you email them, you don’t get a reply, even if you email them two or three times. Whenever I went to the office during their hours, the door was always locked and there was never anyone there. We were also charged with random, large fees, on our rent statement that management couldn’t explain, and that they also refused to void. So we had to pay a few hundred dollars more than we should have for no reason. The bedrooms... are spacious and the kitchen is nice but that is about it. Not please whatsoever. Could not get out of there fast enough.

I wish I could them 0 stars

This is the absolute worse place I have ever lived in my whole entire life.

There is almost zero storage space and when we moved in we had bugs all over the apartment as well as mold on our windows. This is unacceptable in general but especially since we had a newborn. Furthermore, our neighbors smoked so excessively that the stench came into our newborn's nursery, causing all of the clothes in his closet to smell. When we told the landlord she did absolutely nothing, even though it clearly...
states in the lease that our building is smoke free.

Several months later the fire alarms starting going off frequently in the middle of the night for absolutely no reason. The first time it happened was at 4 am, waking all of us up and causing our son to be afraid to go to bed at night. They assured us that it was only a malfunction of the system, that they were sorry and that the issue had been resolved. And then it happened 5 more times over the next 6 months.

And currently they are renovating our building, which is awesome. Except that they painted our front doors, leaving the door wide open and our apartment unattended for 7 hours. Even after we told them they did not have our permission to unlock the door (yes I'm aware they only need to give us advanced notice, not necessarily have our permission but still). And lastly, we came home tonight to find that they had completely blocked off one entrance and the other was completely unsafe to use. There were power tools, extension cords, and nails strewn all over the stairway. Furthermore, the top 2 stairs were completely unusable because of how the carpet was rolled on them. Causing me to have to stretch and step over both stairs and hope I wouldn't fall, all while holding my now 1.5 year old son.
I also saw a girl trip and fall down the bottom few steps thanks to the extension cord.

We have also had our hot water heater break 3x, our dishwasher twice, and had to have 2 sinks completely replaced. All because they were so old. After all of this the property manager will still not do anything or even consider letting us out of our lease only a few months early. We're meeting with a lawyer to see what our options are.

And on top of everything, this place is extremely overpriced.

Save yourself a ton of time, money, and stress and do not live here
