Any good review is a fake review or they paid the individual to post a good review. I have a document on the other review sites that proves this. This place is beyond a pile of trash with more issues than one can count.

i had a was charged a $250 refundable application fee last month. i called to see when it’ll be refunded they said no one had initiated the refund and it takes 30 days and comes via mail

It was somewhere to live. The heat and air units are so old and run all the time and you will have 300$ month DTE bills. Leaking ceilings and it was never taken care of.

No insulation. Prepare to pay $400/month in hearing in the winter. No empathy for tenants. If you have a pet they will charge you to replace the carpet even after paying close to a thousand dollars in pet fees (close to another thousand dollars)
