As a result of the current pandemic, we are experiencing some delays in hiring contractors. While we're waiting for your window replacement to come in, we've had our team of maintenance professionals ensure there are no drafts coming through. We've also had the opportunity to review our community-wide water usage with the City of Canton, and from our understanding, the entire city saw an increase which they attributed to more people working from home. We've conducted a meter check to ensure that the water bills within are community are accurate, and while we are unable to verify that your water bill has exceeded the amount you've mentioned, we anticipate your monthly spend will be lower in the future.
