Not a luxury building
We moved into our apartment at the end of summer 2019. Despite repeatedly reporting a multitude of issues (mostly construction-related) to management, most of them were still not fixed over a year later. The building has zero amenities, including a proper mailroom. Common spaces are not well cleaned or cared for; the carpet in the hallways is already stained with dog urine and there is always trash in the stairwells and entryways. Don't waste your time or money.
