DO NOT LIVE HERE

I moved in here back in July and as of today this is EVERYTHING this awful building and management has made us suffer through.

1. Promised there would be parking spaces only to move in and be told the garage was full, meaning we had to park and walk 5 blocks down the street for two months before there was finally room in the garage.

2. Our main bathroom shower drain was disgustingly clogged with hair from the previous tenant and did not drain properly. Had to hound the staff for 5 weeks before...
anyone showed up and took care of it.

3. Faulty fire alarms go off about 2-3 times a week, sometimes in the middle of the night.

4. Hot water heater breaks constantly.

5. Running water not working on several apartment floors is also a weekly occurrence. Staff uses business jargon saying they are “working on it” and solutions still take forever.

The only redeeming qualities this place has is the outdoor sky deck with the pool and the downtown location. Other than that, management is a sorry excuse and can take up to weeks to answer phone calls or emails, maintenance staff is either lazy or stretched too thin, and the building is old and busted.

Don't move here!!

This place is 100% not worth the money. The property manager as of current is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had to deal with (there's been 2 since I moved in a few months ago). I'm witting this from my 90 degree apartment as I've had no AC for the last 8 days and the management /maintenance is of no help whatsoever. No body knows what is going on and don't care if your apartment is basically uninhabitable. They have a 24-48 hour maintenance guarantee but it's... basically thrown out the window since they do not abide by it. The place constantly reeks of trash as the dumpsters for the trash chute are right next to the lobby and the trash chutes are constantly backed up so people just leave their trash on the floor. Roaches are a REAL problem at this place, it's definitely got bad infestation problems. Also, AirBnB's everywhere causing this place to be even more annoying to live in, you're constantly dealing with unwanted parties and tons of people who don't even live in the building clogging up the elevator (only 1 really works, maybe 2 on a good day). This place is an absolute joke for the price and current management is running it even further into the dirt. Moving here is a huge mistake, seek other properties.

wish it worked out :(

Pros: amazing location-you are in the heart of the downtown and the views are stunning

I have always loved where I lived and take the good with the bad but this place burned us bad. I’m sure it was once really special and well run but carefully consider before renting here. Really hoping this review is irrelevant soon and it improves!

Cons:
-lots of Air BnB rooms so it feels like living in a hotel and tourist clog up the elevators on weekends/during busy times

-elevators were broken...
almost the whole year we were there (2021-2022) The day we moved out the freight elevator was acting up and at any given time 1-2 elevators of 4 would be down, making wait times very long

-found out 9 months in the entire maintenance staff had been fired for negligence which explained why none of our tickets were answered despite weekly visits to the office

-filthy property: the hallways had trash despite housekeeping being on the premises all the time, the elevator frames had missing metal, tenants very disrespectful to property

-office staff would smile and act nice but did nothing to help. The property manager left a few months after we moved in and that’s when things started to turn.

-fire alarms went off at any time of the night so frequently we just stopped going down

-laundry room was filthy, ceiling leaked, and half the time the dryers didn’t work

Overall, what you pay to live here is more than what it was worth to deal with the negatives. This place was an awesome location and that was enjoyable but the constant frustration of waiting for the elevators, bringing people over and being embarrassed by the trash, and the indifference of the staff makes this my least favorite spot I’ve lived. I really hope they turn things around because it has a lot of potential to be what it sounds like the older reviews say.

Worst management ever!

Zero communication from management. None of the amenities work. Alarm goes off several times a week and at all times of the day and night. Elevators are always down. Hassle getting deposit back, they misspelled the name on check and are unwilling to fix it in a reasonable timeframe. This place is NOT worth the price of rent at all.
